What Exactly is the REME HALO®Zero?

Indoor air quality is important. Since we spend so much of our time indoors, it’s important to consider what makes it into the air we breathe when we’re hanging out at home, working remotely, and even sleeping. Air in our homes can be more polluted than the outdoor air, primarily because indoor air is not properly sanitized as it gets recycled. There are added contaminants that are simply not filtered out of the air or removed from surfaces, but instead accumulate over time. While your HVAC media filter will take care of a good amount of airborne pollutants, some bacteria, viruses, mold spores, and other toxins are too small to be stopped by traditional air filters…and some can even pass through a HEPA filter.

That’s where a whole-home air purification system comes in to play.

RGF’s REME HALO®Zero air purification system is a whole-home, Ozone-free solution that uses RGF’s proprietary aGHP-Cell™ technology to create low-level, airborne Gaseous Hydrogen Peroxide (aGHP™) in your home’s comfort system. The REME HALO®Zero uses active cleaning technology that directly targets pollutants.

Wow…that's a mouthful! Let’s break it down in to simpler terms:

REME HALO®Zero generates hydrogen peroxide. It’s like the stuff you’d buy at a pharmacy except, instead of a liquid, this hydrogen peroxide is an airborne gas. As the hydrogen peroxide molecules come into contact with bacteria, viruses, mold spores, and odors it quickly breaks them down, reducing air quality contaminants at the source. Like its liquid counterpart, it’s actively cleaning contaminates…just the ones in your HVAC system instead of the ones on your skin.

There’s a few added perks as well. The REME HALO®Zero also passes a charge off to all the dust, dander, pollen, and allergens in the air, which causes them to stick together. The increase in size will make your existing HVAC media filter more efficient at capturing these airborne particles.

Like the sound of that? We thought so!

Give us a call or schedule an appointment and we can provide a free estimate for adding the REME HALO®Zero to your home’s existing comfort system. It’s less expensive than you might imagine and the benefits are huge.
