Like any complex system, your home’s HVAC equipment requires a little TLC from time-to-time to keep it running at peak performance.

That’s where we come in. In addition to HVAC repairs, new system installations, and emergency services, we also offer our $69 tune-up and inspection to keep your healthy system running its healthiest. Our tune-up and inspection service includes:

  • Inspect fan blade for balance or issues

  • Measure AC unit amperage

  • Inspect reversing valve (heat pumps)

  • Checking refrigerant levels

  • Inspection of the contactor

  • Clear condensate lines

  • Testing and adjusting the blower speed if needed

  • Checking your air intake vents

  • Testing and verifying proper cycling of the a/c

  • Inspection of the indoor coil

  • Inspection of the outdoor coil

  • Inspect the filter

  • Inspection of the blower motor and fan

  • Test capacitors

  • Testing important safety controls

  • Checking and adjusting the airflow

  • Inspection of the disconnect box

It’s important to note that your system should be in good working order as our tune-up and inspection service won’t include any replacement parts or repairs. Think of it more like an oil change in your car—it’s a service you perform to keep your car running smoothly, not something you’d count on to get back on the road.

Why a $69 tune-up when others are only charging $29 or $39?

It’s a fair question and one we will happily address! Other HVAC companies like to offer a cheap tune-up because they know it’s an easy way to get in your home where they can upsell other costly services. The truth of the matter is that sending a technician out on any kind of service call costs money…and $29 or $39 isn’t going to cover it. They rely on the those upsells to make it worth their time and often incentivize their technicians with commissions or bonuses on any add-on services.

We don’t think that’s right. We believe in being honest, upfront, and fair. That’s why charge what we charge so there are no stings attached. We also take good care of our technicians so they can focus on taking good care of you.
