Scheduling an online HVAC appointment with CTR Heating & Air Conditioning is quick and easy. With convenient 24/7 access, you can schedule your next service with us any time, day or night. Whether you need a furnace tune-up or repair, AC tune-up or repair, or new equipment, we’ve got multiple appointments available and can even accommodate same- or next-day appointments.

Here’s How It Works…

First, visit our online scheduling page and fill out step one of the scheduling form. You’ll just need to let us know what we can help you with, where you are located, and the best way to get in touch.

Google Autocomplete will help you key in your address. If it’s not pulling up, you can always elect the red link and enter your address manually. Just be sure to provide the full address including city and ZIP.

We’ll also grab your name, email address, and phone number. If you enter a mobile phone number, we can also text an appointment confirmation and any updates.

We respect your privacy and we won’t sell or misuse your contact information. It’ll just be there for us to get in touch regarding your appointment.

Once all your information is in, tap the “Pick Your Appointment” button to move on to step two.

Step two is where you’ll select your preferred appointment date and time.

The next available appointments will be shown first. If you’ like to pick a new date, simply click the red day/date to reveal a calendar. Choose from any available date to see the times available on that day. Times in grey are unavailable. Times in white are available. And the time you select will show in blue.

In the “additional information” box, you can provide more details about what’s going on or how we can help. If you’re not sure what;s going on, simply leave the box blank. We’ll be in touch to chat through everything before our visit.

If you have any photos that may help us out, you can upload them using the camera icon.

After you’ve got your appointment selected and any details added, simply hit the “Schedule Appointment” button to finish scheduling.
